When I first received my Instant Pot Mini, I first initially thought I made a mistake and wasted my money. I was, for lack of a better word, OVERWHELMED with all the different cooking settings. However, summer was around the corner and for the sake of losing the extra jelly on my belly, I knew I had to make an effort to learn how to use it so I can stop eating out and start eating healthy home cooked meals. After watching this YouTube review by bestkitchenreviews on the Instant Pot Duo Mini, I got the overall gist on how to use it. If you are a first time user of the Instant Pot Mini, I definitely recommend that you watch this review to help you understand the Instant Pot Mini’s parts and settings.

Now that you’ve purchased your Instant Pot Mini, you’re probably wondering what meals are going to be quick and easy to make. I have searched the web and have saved 5 recipes that not only look tasty af, but also are quick, easy, and beginner friendly. Now get ready to add this page to your favorites. You are going to want to save these recipes to come back again and again. Caution: These recipes are for the regular size Instant Pot. If you have the Mini Dou version, you are going to want use ⅓ or ½ less ingredients and use less cooking time.

OMG, all I can say is that I died and went to Mexican food heaven. This was such a simple recipe and it only took 30 minutes to cook and prep.
